Mainline classes

// Basecamp  (beginners class) offers programming for everyone, weather you are an expert athlete or your just getting started in the world of fitness. For 40 minuets we just want you to switch off and move. Based around aerobic conditioning we will also be throwing in things like: 

Sand bags, D Balls, Sleds, Kettles bells into the mix, all that Along side running, biking and rowing. If you just want to come and get fit and find barbells a daunting idea then new Basecamp program gives you just that. 

// CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. In a CrossFit class you will learn gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. 

Specialty Classes

// Weightlifting classes consist of main two lifts called the Clean and Jerk and Snatch – these two movements are what CrossFitters world over are seeking personal bests in.

In this class you will develop technique and strength for these lifts,  along with other accessory movements and skill transfer drills. These classes are excellent for developing speed and power, and a great fun way to get in shape. 

// BodyBuilding our program is there to help you get stronger. Laying a strong foundation will help you with CrossFit  and will help strengthen you for the main lifts as well as others sports. Programming includes lots of functional strength movements as well as the typical body body building style you see in the gyms. You get all of this under the guiding and watchful eye of our coaches to make sure you are becoming the strongest version of you.
